How can I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment is easy, you can do any of the following:
- Call: 01274 945446
- Email: admin@physiodoc.co.uk or fill out the form below
- Come into clinic and make an appointment in person
Do I need to be referred?
If you plan to pay for your own treatment, we do not require a referral prior to your appointment.
Should you wish to use a health insurance policy to claim the cost of physiotherapy through your
insurer, you will have to follow policy guidelines. This will usually require you to first contact your
insurer to obtain an authorisation number.
Are your team certified and professionally registered?
All therapists at PhysioDoc have completed an undergraduate or Masters degree in Physiotherapy or
Sports Therapy and are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Chartered
Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) or British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT).
Could I be seen by a female therapist?
No problem, we have both male and female therapists in clinic and should you wish to be seen by a
female then just let us know when booking the appointment.
Can I speak to someone before booking an appointment?
Of course, we would be happy to help. Please give us a call so that we can discuss your question or
requirements.
